[2020] Deal Damages with Explosive Weapons bugged

I've seen numerous complaint about this quick challenge and nothing has taken place to fix it. So I want to ask the community to please contact support about this bug. I hope they can recompense the XP lost and to disable this specific challenge. Mind you I contacted support through a ticket and the website just didn't respond. My ticket page hasn't been updated with latest ticket. So please i implore you to help me and the numerous others affected by this.

As far as I'm aware this bug can be encountered on PS4 Xbox one, PC and Mobile.
