This happens to me at least once or twice if I’m in a combat vehicle with someone else for a while. Always occurs when getting in or switching seats, and there always is someone else in the vehicle when it happens. If you aren’t in a position for someone to shoot you, the only solution is to log out and if there is a queue for the region you are screwed and have to wait again.
