Foxhole is a game where many players are encouraged to work together in a sandbox environment. Due to the freedom that we give players, there is always the opportunity for players to cause trouble and ruin the experience for others.

We expect every player to follow the rules listed below. If you are found to break these rules, expect a ban to be issued.

Code of Conduct Read the Code of Conduct[www.foxholegame.com].

Dealing with Griefers If you encounter griefing in the game (i.e. players breaking the code of conduct), use the following guidelines to resolve the issue.
  1. First, try resolve the issue by talking it out with the offending player through in-game text or voice chat. Sometimes, griefing actions are accidental or a result of a simple misunderstanding.
  2. Second, use the in-game report option to report the offending player. To do this, press F1 to get to the player screen then click on the report button on the row of the offending player.
  3. As a last resort, submit a support ticket through this link[siegecamp.freshdesk.com]

Disputing Bans If you feel you have been wrongfully banned, submit a support ticket through this link[siegecamp.freshdesk.com]. Due to how busy the dev team is, we ask that you only dispute bans that you genuinely feel were wrongfully issued.

Community Assistance If you require general assistance with the game, there are often community members and moderators on the official Foxhole Discord[discord.gg] that would be happy to help! Note that Community moderators are NOT responsible for issues relating to griefing or bans and are not responsible for providing official support for the game.
