[2022] Reaching Trail will need a water source in 1.0

Reaching Trail is the only map that doesn't have a water source in-region. This has traditionally been a fairly good thing, but with Water being a necessity for fighting fire and as a resource for Facilities and power generation, not having a water source in region is very bad. It needs a pond or something.
