[2021] Barbed wire and other objects not spawning?

So I have just started playing and took my time doing the Tutorial with no issues, managed to get in the main game with little issue, and despite having no performance issues or any lag some objects just arent spawning in, the amount of times I have gotten stuck on barbed wire that I didnt know was there is infuriating,

Managed to get into combat pushed up a bit, killed two guys and then more people managed to push up to where I was, threw a grenade at a position to try and push up again and it worked but as soon as I got out of cover and went round, there was some barbed wire that I got stuck in and couldnt get out of which after a moment of flopping around trying to get out they repositioned and gunned me down.

I have had this happen with entire blown up buildings too and thats within 20 minutes of starting. Is there any way at all I can fix this? I really love the game and the bit of combat I got into was awesome but thats pretty game breaking for me.
