@Kic_of29 If you are playing with the latest patch, the acorns should respawn after a few in-game days and after a good night rest at a lean-to. If you still don't see scorns respawning after time has passed in the game, let us know.

Workaround: some players have mentioned that the items are invisible and that breaking the Armor Dummy or Weapon Rack drops the equipment.
