I'm guessing you are all on EU worlds. I've added this note to the Known Issues list, but this is what you are experiencing: We're currently experiencing an extremely high volume of users on EU worlds. We are working on increasing capacity as soon as possible. Players on EU worlds may experience connectivity issues for a short time. We will update you as soon as we've resolved the issue. If any of you are on NA worlds let me know!

Update! We've got additional servers up and running--do things seem better now?
