[2022] Will Tempest get some boons too?

So with Warrior and Druids getting Quickness and Alacrity with the next patch, do you think Heal Tempest will get some love too?

They already stripped it off it's 10 man heals, i feel like giving it some alacrity on auras or smth (catalyst already having quickness) would make it relevant again, though i haven't heard ANYTHING in regards of Elementalist.

Am i blind, or will they just continue with making ele a subpar class? (Obvious salty overexaggeration, but you get the gist)
