[2023] Change to ‘The Road to Heitor’ Preparation Phase

We’ve made an adjustment to the number of events required in Inner Nayos to begin the Road to Heitor meta event. Players will need to successfully complete 20 events rather than 14. We’ve made this change in order to reduce the frequency of the meta event cycle.
