[2020] I've been getting this Error code while playing for the last couple of days

Unable to complete the operation (Access denied)

Error code: 49:58:0:0:101

I've been getting this error code for the last couple of days. The game seems to work fine, I can do everything, but this message pops up whenever I get out of a loading screen, and I don't know what it means.

Is anyone else getting this message? I think it started after the latest patch that dropped a couple of days ago.
