[2023] Magister Tassi won't speak about new "The Night Time Stood Still" achievement

Hey all, I'm sorry this is happening! We've been looking into this, and we've got a fix. We're working on getting it to you as soon as we can. One thing to be aware of ahead of time: The fix will restart Tassi's mini-quest for all players. If you've already done it and received achievements, it will not remove those--it only resets the mini-quest itself.
