[2023] Stat selectable gear | no ritualist to be found (nor dragon's)

This part of the update didn’t make it to the build. We’re fixing that in two weeks, and you’ll then be able to select the Dragon and Ritualist attribute combination in Raid and Fractal weapons. So, hold on to your ascended ring for a little bit longer!
