[2020] Need some help with a bug that I couldn`t solve with a ticket

Basically a couple of days ago a little harmless bug has appeared on my game and I have no idea where it came from, how to get rid of it, or what it affects for that matter. I sent a ticket to anet but sadly they had no clue either.

My ticket was as follows -

``Hello. I downloaded the game last year and played for a bit before stopping, returning to playing about 3 days ago.
The first day nothing happened, but after the second day onward, I started getting an error message everytime i logged into my character, changed maps ingame, and leveled up.

The error is as follows: Unable to complete operation (Permission denied). (Code=49:58:0:0:101)

So far this has only been a minor nuisance as it doesnt seem to be related to any tab, window, service or ingame item. It's just an error message that appears and i have to click ''ok'' on an extra box. But it's a thing i would like to have fixed nonetheless.

I already tried repairing the launcher, didn`t do a thing.

If anyone has any Idea what the hell this bug is and how to get rid of this error message I would be very thankful.
