[2020] Known Issue Tracker has moved or doesn't exist now!

I thought to check to see if this issue was on the known issue tracker, only to find that the page has either been moved or no longer exists

Only a month ago there was a dev mentioning it would still be used - I've not seen any newer comment about it though. Has a dev mentioned anywhere it's been moved or retired?
