What does nearby mean? Weapon perks and skills always tells you how many meters exactly, but this scroll doesn't.

yes, the game would occasionally freeze up in the invite screen before the game started. this only happened when i closed the steam overlay menu when after i invited someone with the x in the top right corner instead of pressing "return to the game" button in the bottom of the invite screen of steam overlay.
