@TilFolkvang Niall drove me mad. I had to get help with that one. I havent done Melania yet but so far Niall was the worst. Margit was not that bad at all. but I had leveled a bit first

@TilFolkvang I would try to avoid mixing up politics of a nation with a company. If you don't like a company you can generally make your own or apply to another so there is a competition aspect. It doesn't quite apply the same way with nations (you are not born into the company for example)

@TilFolkvang I absolutely think so tho. Experience matters a lot. This doesnt necessarily translate to all roles tho, but I think in a company it does more times than not

@TilFolkvang I absolutely think that in general. There is definitly a risk of voting for the person who most wants to win or people voting for people they like (I don't trust managers that everyone likes for example, its generally a sign that they avoid dealing with tough issues)
