Hi Doom,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue!

Can you please make sure that you do not have any filter options turned on, on purpose or accidentally and remove any if so to see if this helps?

Can you please also follow the steps in this article[team17.helpshift.com], and reach out to your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to open your NAT?

If you are still experiencing server issues after performing the steps in the article provided above and opening your NAT, can you please tell us the following information:
  1. What country are you currently living in?
  2. Steam Download Region (Steam Settings, Downloads)
  3. What is your internet speed? Internet Speed Test[www.speedtest.net]
  4. Are you using a VPN?
  5. What is your NAT set to?
We look forward to hearing back from you.

Regards,

Hey Doom,

Thank you for getting back to us and for sharing that information with us!

In certain cases, adding the executable file of the EAC service to the whitelist of your antivirus/firewall or Windows Defender software can resolve multiple issues. Please make sure the following files are added:
  • HLL.exe - Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose
  • HLL_BugReportUploader.exe - Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose
  • HLL-Win64-Shipping.exe - Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\HLL\Binaries\Win64
  • EasyAntiCheat.exe - Program Files (x86)\EasyAntiCheat
  • EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe - Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose\EasyAntiCheat
  • Launch_HLL.exe - Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hell Let Loose
To do this on Windows Defender, please press the Windows key + I to open your Windows Settings. Then:
  1. Go to 'Privacy & Security' and select 'Windows Security'
  2. In Windows Security, click on 'Virus & Threat Protection'
  3. Under 'Virus & Threat Protection Settings' click on 'Manage Settings' under 'Virus & Threat Protection'
  4. Scroll down to the 'Exclusions' section and click on 'Add or remove exclusions'
  5. Click on 'Add an exclusion' and choose the type of exclusion you want to add (File, Folder, File Type, or Process)
  6. Choose 'File' and then 'Browse' and select the file you want to exclude
  7. Add the above files suggested and then confirm your selection - these will now be added to your Exceptions
• Please note: if you are using a third-party anti-virus software, the steps for this will be different and we would recommend referring to your manufacturer's instructions on how to add exceptions.

We do hope this helps!

Regards,
