[2021] Unable to update the game

Okay. I get it, could be Steam issue, but it's not. Steam updates any other game, but not this one. The thing is, no download, no nothing, and then it just stops the download process itself, and there is nothing I can do about it. Once again, every other game updates.

Does anyone know what could cause the problem?
