[2022] Different versions of Carentan?

Are there actually different versions of Carentan? I could swear sometimes certain buildings are accessible and sometimes they're not. The most prominent one is the one in the city centre where you get a great view on the whole square, near that small alley at the corner. I had like 5 battles where it was not accessible anymore, but I clearly remember having used it quite a lot in the past, so I thought maybe it just got closed with the latest update. But I just had a battle where it suddenly had an interior again and an open door, and an accessible backyard (tho the interior was different from how I remember it, are there even more than two versions...). And it's not the only building where I've noticed this.

Please tell me my mind isn't just playing tricks on me.
