We're more than happy to get this looked into. If you could ping us the specific location of this fence to www.team17.com/support we can remedy the situation.
Also some clarity on this, every object has its own mesh which is manually applied in HLL, it isn't a blanked "All fences are x button'. Despite the diligence of our team that does mean sometimes the odd bit of scenery slips through the net.
