Hello, I have recently bought an MSI RTX 3060Ti Ventus 2x. With the card I should be getting around 100fps on Ultra settings, instead I'm getting 50-70fps. Is there any way to fix this?

But, the GPU is barely the bottleneck. Maybe RAM or CPU... but, 60FPS average is good tho. Very good.
