MOVED: Rank glitch?

Hi HoLLoW,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with ranking up.

Please can you completely close down Steam (Exit, do not just press the 'x' as this does not close Steam correctly) and then reload?
Can you please also make sure that you are properly connected to the internet and that you're online on Steam?

Make sure that you are launching the game from Steam and NOT from an .exe shortcut.

Can you please also run the game as an administrator and see if your rank starts to level up correctly again?

1. Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
   
2. Go to Properties then the Local Files tab.
   
3. Click Browse Local Files.
   
4. Locate the game executable (the application).
   
5. Right-click it and go to Properties.
   
6. Click the Compatibility tab.
   
7. Check the Run this program as an administrator box.
