But if you're on the other team you probably won't even notice there's a hacker, since it's generally impossible to tell who exactly killed you. Believe me, I love the fact that the enemy team is nameless as it really immerses you, but it's definitely a disadvantage in terms of spotting hackers. Right now you would have to hope someone on their team notices and takes care of it on their end.

Steam are the only people that can issue VAC bans? That seems like an awful lot of power to leave to some rando that starts a server. Abusive admins exist, and I doubt steam would give them the power to ban from every VAC secured server on steam.

that's not really a solution though, how can you know for sure it's a aimbot or that they can see through walls or whatever and aren't just a good player.... unless they're super obvious and reckless about it you'll never know, you can be suspicious but there's a certain taboo about crying about suspected cheaters in games, especially this one for some reason. Same goes with the stream sniping/map sharing problem with this game, idk why were' able to switch teams so easily you should be locked in once you pick a side

I haven't found a hacker yet, or at least not noticed, but what measures can we take if there is something suspicious?
