Hey ivan,

Sorry to see you're having some issues with servers appearing in Hell Let Loose.

As mentioned by (WTH) Red! Red!, can you please confirm if you have crossplay enabled and if not, can you retest with it switched on and see if there is any change?

To clear your Steam Download Cache:
  1. Open your Steam client and click on Steam in the top-left of the window
  2. Select Settings
  3. Go to Downloads in the left-hand panel
  4. Scroll down to Clear Download Cache and select Clear Cache
  5. Then click on Confirm
  6. Then restart your Steam client and retest the game
If you find you are still only seeing 10 servers following this, please also try to change the following Steam setting:
  1. Go to Steam Settings > In-Game
  2. Change the max ping from Automatic (5000) to 250 (the Lower)
  3. Restart Steam (log out and log back on)
  4. Start the game, click Enlist and wait for the server list to refresh
If the issue persists following these steps, please do get back to us and we can investigate further.

Regards,
Team17 Support
