Thank you for reaching out. We are sorry to hear you're having issues with VoIP in Hell Let Loose.
Could you please try updating your audio drivers?
Note: after deleting the folder, you will need to redo your Settings and Keybindings.
Could you also please click your Time and Date in Windows and make sure it's synchronised with the internet? Try to select the option "Set Time Automatically". Also under the “Synchronise your clock” option, select the button that says "Sync Now". If this doesn't work, please sync it manually if the time is off.
After correcting your clock and date please retest the game to check if the issue is fixed. Hope it helps.

- Open your Windows Device Manager by opening the Windows Task Bar
- Type Device Manager in the search field and press Enter
- Expand the Sound, Video and Game Controllers drop-down menu
- Right-click all devices and select Update driver
