Hey everyone,

Hi all,

If you're experiencing this network error issue, the following steps have been resolving this for many players so please do try these!

Firstly, please try running Steam as an administrator:
  1. Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
  2. Right click the Steam executable.
  3. Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator
  4. Restart Steam.
Then, please try running the game as an administrator:
  1. Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
  2. Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
  3. Click 'Browse'
  4. Locate the game executable (the application).
  5. Right-click it and go to Properties.
  6. Click the Compatibility tab.
  7. Check the Run this program as an administrator box.
Then, please try to flush your DNS Cache :

Click the Windows button and type Command. Then open Command Prompt by selecting Run as administrator on the right-hand panel.

Then type the following lines:

• netsh winsock reset
• ipconfig /flushdns

Then reboot your PC and retest the game.

Lastly, if the above steps do not help after rebooting your PC as well, we would recommend trying to delete the LauncherInfo.hllinfo file. To do this:
  1. Open your Steam Library
  2. Right-click Hell Let Loose and select Properties
  3. In the left-hand panel, enter the Installed Files tab
  4. Click on 'Browse...'
  5. Locate LauncherInfo.hllinfo file and delete it
Then reboot the game and see if the issue persists.

Get back to us when you can and let us know how you get on with these steps.

Regards,
