[2021] Carenten is broken

There are invisible walls (and sometimes barbed wire??) everywhere. I was going to clip the locations but honestly run around the church and train station for 5 minutes and you'll turn into a french mime.

Also while I have your attention the offensive point at St. Marie Du Mont needs taken out and re-worked. It's far too easy for 2 engineers to shut off every route in with only barbed wire. I know because I've been on both sides. Have to allow players to work through some more buildings there I think.
