I returned to hll not long ago, but now when i use scopes or binoculars my fps just drops. Sniping has become impossible for me and it's just overall annoying to look at.
Has anyone had the same problem? Is it like a setting i have to tweak to fix this? Or is it just a recent update that has done it?

Remagen during PTE was surprisingly smooth on my old GTX1650
But I guess expecting the same results on other maps would be silly :(
Ah, its more that other maps have other asset types... Remagen is mostly trees and landscape, while other maps have towns, lots of debris, factories... those all add up.
Wait was there an improvement regarding the fps dropping issue in the latest PTE? I'm redownloading that immediately if so, this issue has absolutely killed the experience for me for a while now
