Hi Kgbster,

We're sorry to hear you're having this issue!

Unfortunately, the game software itself is unable to shut down or restart a computer, this is usually due to another software interfering or a hardware issue.

Please make sure that all of your cables to your PSU and monitors are correctly plugged in and not loose.

Then let's try to check your game installation to make sure that there are no corrupted files causing the problem. To do this:
  1. Right-click the game in your library
  2. Go to 'Properties'
  3. Go to the local files tab
  4. Click 'Verify integrity of game files...'
If the issue persists, please could you send us your DxDiag information via the steps below:
  1. Hold down the Windows Key and press R
  2. The Run dialog should appear. Type dxdiag in the available text field.
  3. Click OK
  4. Click Save All Information
  5. Set the Save as type to Text File (*.txt)
  6. Save the file DxDiag.txt to your Desktop so it is easy to find.
  7. Open the .txt file, copy all the contents > Paste all the contents to a free text hosting service such as https://justpaste.it/ or http://pastebin.com/
  8. Copy the link to your post and paste in your reply
Once we have this information, we will do our best to further assist you in resolving this matter.

Regards,
Team17 Support
