Hey all,
We're sorry to hear you're having this issue with connecting to the servers.
Players have recently reported that the following steps have helped to resolve this issue since Update 15 so please try the following steps for us:
Firstly, please try running Steam as an administrator:
Then, if the issue persists, please try to flush your DNS Cache :
Click the Windows button and type Command. Then open Command Prompt by selecting Run as administrator on the right-hand panel.
Then type the following lines:
• netsh winsock reset
• ipconfig /flushdns
Then reboot your PC and retest the game again.

- Navigate to your Steam install folder (Default: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam).
- Right click the Steam executable.
- Follow the above steps to set it to Run as Administrator
- Restart Steam.
- Right-click the game in your Steam Library.
- Go to Properties then the 'Installed Files' tab.
- Click 'Browse'
- Locate the game executable (the application).
- Right-click it and go to Properties.
- Click the Compatibility tab.
- Check the Run this program as an administrator box.
Then, if the issue persists, please try to flush your DNS Cache :
