FYI, it could have been a mistake because a helper said yes in a topic, and then that conversation was used to "confirm" it was OK. Helpers have no legal rights, they are just like any players.
The helper in question has been warned.
I really hope this is a simple mistake.
FYI, he contacted helpers, knowing there was a higher chance of them saying yes instead of officers of the company, who have the legal authority.
And now your community will think I am the bad guy when basic intellectual property laws were broken.

@ThirtyVirus Just to clarify, stream sniping is against the rules. I'll update the rules to make it more clear, falls under "trolling", "team griefing" and some others. However, I agree it should be more specific in this case.
