We've escalated to our service provider who has escalated to Microsoft who are currently in the call working through it with our engineers. There's a limit to what we can do. We could be planning how we're going to make fundamental architectural changes to Icarus to prevent this from ever happening again - but that was done after the last outage a couple of weeks ago and those plans remain unchanged.

Servers appear to be back up, but we'll be monitoring for a bit while we push the weekly patch before we close this pinned thread.
