See a lot of posts and questions about it. And it's very popular (understatement) on featureupvote. We've been considering how to do it for some time. We just want to make sure it's done in the way that still makes the consequences and tradeoffs of decisions worthwhile and meaningful.
The working theory is to have you spend exotics.
It's not something we want to rush in. Im sure in the short term it would make people happy, perhaps even bump up our review score - but *rushing* it in would be very bad long term. We will do this, but we will do it right. After the rocky launch the last thing I want to do is do a poor job of respec and break the game.
