[2021] Runtime error 025

I have been trying all night to get the game to run and IDK what to do. I have validated, ran as admin, turned my firewall off, reinstalled, updated c++ and drivers, deleted saved game folder, changed graphic settings, you name it. Anyone else got a fix? here is my specs if those could be an issue.
