Was this the geysers horde mode? And was this on a prospect or outpost?
Prospects only provide exotics 3x then it should provide enzymes. Outposts should only ever provide enzymes.
Also if you let the Vapour Condenser take too much damage it is destroyed and you need to start again. If you all log out mid wave you need to start again from the start.
