Hello Nuclearism!

I'm sorry to hear you've had an unpleasant experience! We most certainly do try our best to be transparent to the greatest extent we can on what we're working on, and what our goals are. I think your post has some fairly common feedback in it, which we do of course pay close attention to, and I think you might be happy to hear we are already well underway to address!

I'll go over a few things in my response here, however I'll also link you to our latest public development update which goes over a lot of this stuff in more detail, and gives some nice juicy visuals as well: https://forum.lastepoch.com/t/closed-multiplayer-testing-begins-development-update/48809

To break down and provide transparency regarding some of your concerns here:

More than probably 50% of current items don't even have a 3D model, i got this super cool unique helmet and plate armor then i wore it and it looks just like a regular common drop

We agree! We're working on 3D models for all unique weapons, shields, and offhands currently. 3D models take a lot of time to complete, and we have a bit of a backlog to get through, but we're looking really good on this front for progress, with a whole ton of 3D models added last Major Update, and many more to be added in the next major update. For armor, we're working on making sure each tier of armor has a distinct appearance based on class. For unique armors, this is a bit more complex since it needs to be modeled differently for each class, but is something we will certainly look into down the road. Some armors do already have unique 3D appearances - but right now we're focusing on all weapons, shields, and other off-hands. We show a couple teasers of this in our blog posts, but those most certainly are not the only ones getting updates.

Combat is not satisfying the sound effects are too soft and there is no weight to combat or movement at all. You remember the awesome blood splatter effects you used on the Majara boss? Make your game better visually and use that effect on regular mobs, blood splatter and hit effects

For sure! Combat feel is something we've gotten a lot of feedback on, and have a fairly large dedicated section to this in our Dev Blog Post from last month. In this, we actually cover how we're working on adding things you specifically mention like blood splatter, reworking SFX, and all sorts of things to improve the feeling of combat.

Enemy animations still look stiff and old from the 2000s.

Sometimes their models too! Haha. We're certainly working on bringing updates to old enemies, and introducing new enemies as well. VFX, SFX, Models, the whole works to get things up to standards for our 1.0 goals.

It doesn't matter how many times you say you updating this and that when the last update was 6 months ago

I'm not going to try to counter this by pulling out any sort of update dates, because I understand the intention of what's being said here - and you're not wrong. Actions speak louder than words. It's something we knew when we made the call to extend this development cycle that there would be a long wait for the next update, and that it might not feel great because we've *always* done major updates every 3-4 months, and so our players are used to that. However, when we looked at the work that needed to be done and weighed our options, we decided that taking the time now to do these things, and do them right, was the best course of action. Again, we try to be as communicative as we can, and while it may feel odd, the wait now actually means less wait later.

We're really excited for the future of Last Epoch, and I hope that we can make your drive for this game to provide such emotional feedback pay off. We have our next Development Update coming out in just a couple of days here, which we will be posting to all of our social channels and should hopefully provide some more information to help with your concerns.
