[2023] Have some hand issues, questions about Last Epoch

I have some neurological issues with my hands that cause slow reaction time and some coordination issues. How fast-paced and difficult is the combat in Last Epoch? Does it require constant movement and dodging and precision attacks? Or are there builds that allow a more basic, stand-still-and-face-tank approach?
