No gear upgrade from 300-1100c unlucky or normal?

Had alot of fun playing all kinds of jank and meta build at low corruption and decided to give pushing another go. Last time i gave up at 800c after whiffing 8 frost claw slam attempts, this time I tried Paladin Seraph Blade, a more flexible build in terms of itemisation. Haven't hit a wall yet but with no upgrade things are feeling dull.

Rarest stuff I got from around 350 echoes

1x Eulogy of Blood 2LP 0.51%

1x Omnis 1LP 6.12%

1x Exsanguinous 2LP 7.24%

Worst part if even IF they do eventually drop, they might and not slam and so upgrades will end up taking even longer. I would buy them off bazaar if I spot a value of money pricing but no luck so far.
