[2023] New player - where the hell do I go for actual build guides?

Really want to get into this game again but I'm having trouble. I played through once to lvl 50 or something a year and a half ago just winging it and it kinda felt bad. So I gave it some time and want to come back with a plan this time.

Can't seem to find any build guides here.

YT scene is dead, most recommended vids I'm seeing are 7+ months old so I don't even know if they're relevant.

Don't know of any build websites.

I'm no theory crafter, nor do I want to invest the time to become one. I can't even decide what to play because I don't know what the meta builds look like when done, which ones are beginner friendly or budget, etc.

There is a surprising lack of information on this game readily available for new players.
