Soul Feast?

I noticed in the new Warlock skills there's an ability called Soul Feast, that looks to be similar/identical to the existing Lich ability Soul Feast. Maxroll is even so confused that Soul Feast doesn't show up under the Lich tree anymore.

Any idea what's going on here? Did the ability get moved to Warlock? If so, is Lich going to get something to replace it? Or do they both just have the same skill?
