Kickstarter Items

Long time ago, last epoch started by creating a kickstarter campaign, you were able to give out some of your hard earned money to support the game. One option at 1000 Dollar was that they would create a unique item for you. (Immortal Supporter)
1 of this item is the Herald of the Scurry (Squirrel Helmet).

This option got 6 Supporters, so does anybody know about the other items that got created? I only found this one and i would like to know the other ones!

Funny enough, none of the 3 items mentioned in this thread so far are actually Kickstarter reward items.

Salt the Wound and the spell blade fire staff that I'm blanking on the name right now were both Kickstarter reward items.

Also, at least 2 of the people who got those items passed on making them.
