[2020] Color Blind issue - Proposed solution

I see from https://forum.lastepochgame.com/t/can-we-get-a-colorblind-option-please/14622/4 that it's an issue the Dev's are aware of the issue. Though it has been over a year since that was replied to. I wanted to offer a suggestion for a way to help everyone.

The first is a proposed solution that would work for everyone and even perhaps make the game more visually appealing to those with normal vision as well. The second is a simulation of how I see the same items. The last image is how the game shows two item rarities normally.
