Accidentally found an item duping method (have reported it as a bug)

Yeah, this was caused by the system incorrectly applying the death item perseveration when dying in Echo of a World, which is a bug that we think was specific to 1.2.1. I haven't been able to repro it in 1.2.1.1.

However the death item preservation system doesn't create new items. It just moves the items on the server and creates new visual representations of them on the client at their new positions. It works this way because it's intended to occur when returning to Echo of a World after dying in an echo, and that location change causes the visual representations of items on the client to be cleaned up. However without that player location change, the old visual representations don't get cleaned up, resulting in two existing at once for each item.
