[2022] Ignivar's Head and Ignite

Ailment scaling is always a little bit mysterious, so here's a question: Ignivar's Head has, "Disintegrate deals more damage damage equal to your spell crit chance." Does this affect Ignites applied by Disintegrate?

Whether using Disintegrate for Igniting is a good idea is a separate question...
