Am I about to be banned?

So I see the statement EHG just released about RMT and exploits. I’m still a relatively new player. I have one character who is like an 86 and just got into empowered monoliths. A little bit ago I found a 3 LP Mad Alchemist Ladle and since I’m playing a blast rain marksman and didn’t plan on using it I went to the marketplace to see if I could sell it for some gold. I checked how much the differing version were selling for depending on how many LP & stuff it has and I seen a bunch of listings for 1.5 bill so I figured I would just chuck it up there for that price and see if it sells and to my surprise it did.
