Additional stashes for legacy

I know this probably cater to a tiny bit of players, but I would like to see some love to the hoarders. Playing LE for ages in legacy and 200 stashes is not enough. I know know that it's actually huge space & I could do some management discarding lot of things. But we are hoarders & collectors and everything feels too important for the moment or with potential to be used in the future.

With every new cycle we are getting more chars and more itens types and I feel like that at least in legacy we could have a higher stash cap.
