Unable to buy cosmetics in the shop?

I can add points to my account and it shows the correct amount in the top left in the shop (I currently have 50 points). But I can't seem to click or interact with anything in the shop screen, if I try to click on anything it just... does nothing. Has anyone else seen this? Or am I missing something? I haven't bought any cosmetics before, just the pre-order ones and the free ones they dropped around launch time.
