Meteor birds overtuned

so i'm enjoying clearing entire screens in 1 shot with erasing strike, got 75% dmg reduction from armor, capped resists, 1k endurance threshold, 3.7kHP. but i'm still getting off-screened by meteor birds. they cast instantly and catch me when I'm stuttered in between evasion rolls. and this is only 250 corruption. i can't even get them before they get me with screen clear erasing strike. ok they don't 1 shot me, but 1 hit takes me down to 300-ish hp, and the next meteor comes down .001 seconds after. if there are 2 or more grouped together, there is nothing you can do.
