[2021] Legendary items

I searched this subreddit and google for the information about Legendary items in Last Epoch, but couldnt find any.

So the role of all item types currently In game we already know, we also know that legendary items will be implemented soon. Will they be like super rare best in slot gear? Will they be craftable like regular items? Generally any information about legendary items is welcome in here.

Or if its not decided yet, lets discuss how you want to see legendaries in this game and their role.
