[2023] Did the buffed SSF mode ever get added to the game?

I bought this game years ago, played through it a little back then, and put it in my backlog until more was added. I haven't followed updates particularly closely since then, but I am pretty sure I remember reading an update at one point about how the devs intended to add two different game modes, one focused on group play/trading and one focused on solo play with like buffed drops and such. Was that buffed solo mode ever added to the game or has that not happened yet?

Was wanting to hop back in and play this again, but wanted to wait for that mode first.
